When a short-notice consultation may help
A focused discussion may help when you have a hearing or filing date approaching, have received a new immigration notice, need to discuss detention or a removal matter, or face a time-sensitive family, employment, student-status, asylum or waiver question. Tell the office the date involved and the general type of help you need. The attorney will need to review the facts and relevant documents before advising what action is appropriate.
A consultation does not itself file an application, extend a deadline, secure release, stop removal or create an agreement to represent you. If further legal work is needed, the firm will discuss its scope and a separate engagement agreement.

How to arrange the consultation
First call to confirm attorney availability and the correct consultation category. After the office confirms the arrangement, use the secure payment instructions it provides. Payment is required before the consultation is confirmed. Wait for the office to confirm your appointment and send your secure intake and meeting instructions.
Remote consultations by Zoom are available through the firm's consultation process. The Beverly Hills office is at 8383 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 648, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Confirm the meeting format and location with the office rather than arriving without an appointment.

What to prepare
Have a short list of questions, any known deadline, the latest relevant notice or court document, and a brief timeline available. For employment questions, have the intended role and timing available; for family matters, have the basic relationship and filing stage ready. Do not delay calling simply because a document is missing. Tell the office what you have and ask how to provide documents securely.
Do not put passport numbers, A-numbers, detailed personal histories or confidential documents into public website messages or ordinary email.

Can you help if my relative was detained by ICE today?
